Taiji Quan is an ancient Chinese martial art which is now practiced all over the world for its proven health benefits. Taiji Quan is a martial art, with offensive and defensive moves in a set sequence. The International 8 Forms is a foundation course for other forms of Taiji Quan.

Taiji Qigong combines the flowing coordinated movements of Taiji Quan with the meditative concentration on Qi and deep breathing of Qigong. Gain increased strength, better balance and coordination with greater confidence in your physical and mental abilities.

Gentle Basic Yoga is an in-depth study of the posture and breath control. The positions are structured to allow a beginner to progress surely and safely from basic postures to the most advanced as they gain flexibility, strength and sensitivity in mind, body and spirit. Instructor Laurie Jo Lindroos has trained in Yoga in Kenora, Winnipeg and India.
